The operation process of the air float can be divided into three stages:

Care and maintenance:
In order to ensure the normal operation of the air float and extend the service life, regular maintenance and maintenance are required. It mainly includes:
Check whether the inlet sewage pump and return pump are frozen, and lubricate the pump, tighten the packing, seal the bottom valve and fuel the air compressor.
Check whether the air filter valve is frozen, determine whether the air compressor is running normally, and whether there is noise and heating.
Check the drive part of the scraper and the scraper to avoid hardening and breaking in cold conditions.
Pay attention to the coagulant mixing tank, avoid freezing, and often do sample tests.
